Classic Beauty Concepts and the Texas Institute of Permanent Cosmetics is proud to make available an intensive permanent cosmetic course. This course is designed to give the student the most effective approach of study and needed information to become a successful and skilled permanent cosmetic technician. The class consists of 100 hours, of which 65 hours will be class room study and practice and 35 hours of pre-class study and home study. Classes consist of seven intense days of study, lecture, video, work shops, and hands on procedures. Classes begin promptly each day at 8:00AM and are completed at 6:30PM, unless a procedure takes a student over time. Students must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must have at least a high school education or the equivalent of a GED.

| As a portion of the 100 hours required completing the Texas Institute of Permanent Cosmetic beginner’s permanent cosmetic course a minimum of 35 pre-study hours are required prior to arriving for the class. Once proper application has been made and the required deposit for the class has been received the textbook and study material will be shipped. The following materials shall be read and studied. | |
